Chicken Manchurian is a famous dish of Chinese but it is liked in the whole world because of its yummy taste and delicious aroma. Today, I am going to share an easy recipe to make Chicken Manchurian in Restaurant style at home. Try this easy recipe once in your life.

Ingredients for Chicken Manchurian in Restaurant style:

For chicken marination:

  • Egg, one
  • Black pepper, half tsp
  • Salt, as required
  • Red chili, half tsp
  • Garlic paste, half tsp
  • Vinegar, two tbsp
  • Soy sauce, four tbsp
  • Boneless chicken, half kg
  • Corn flour, two tbsp
  • All purpose flour, one tbsp
  • Oil, for frying

For Gravy

  • Garlic paste, half tsp
  • Tomato ketchup, half cup
  • Soy sauce, three tbsp
  • Oil, three tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce, two tbsp
  • Vinegar, half tsp
  • Red chili powder, half tsp
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Chinese salt, half tsp
  • Sugar, one tbsp
  • Capsicum, one medium sized
  • Water, one cup
  • Corn flour mixture, three tbsp
  • Black pepper, one tbsp
How to make Chicken Manchurian in Restaurant style at home
Instructions:
  1. In the first step, take a large mixing bowl and add one egg in it.
  2. Then, add black pepper powder, salt as per taste, red chili powder, garlic paste, vinegar and soy sauce in the bowl.
  3. After that, take the half kg boneless chicken and add it in the bowl.
  4. Now, add two tbsp corn flour and one tbsp all purpose in the mixing bowl and fold the ingredients well with a spoon or spatula.
  5. Then, place the bowl aside for thirty minutes for marination.
  6. In the next step, take a saucepan and heat some oil in it.
  7. Now, pour marinated chicken cubes in the oil and fry them until they become crispy and golden in color.
  8. After that, add three tbsp oil in the saucepan and add garlic paste and fry for one minute.
  9. Now, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup in the bowl and chili garlic sauce, vinegar, salt, red chili powder, Chinese salt, sugar, capsicum and water in the saucepan and mix them well.
  10. Then, add corn flour mixture, black pepper and fried chicken and mix them well.

Delicious Chicken Manchurian in Restaurant style is ready to serve now, garnish it with green onion and chopped coriander.
