Today, we are going to make Yummy Chicken Tandoori without Oven/Microwave easily at home. We will cook BBQ Chicken on our ordinary gas stove. By following this recipe, you can comfortably make Yummy Chicken Tandoori in your kitchen easily.

Ingredients to make Yummy Chicken Tandoori

  • Leg pieces of chicken, four

For the first marination

  • Ginger-garlic paste, two¬†tablespoon
  • Lemon juice, one
  • Red chili, one¬†teaspoon
  • Salt, as per taste

For the second marination

  • Yogurt, four tablespoon
  • Chili powder, one tablespoon
  • Coriander powder, one tablespoon
  • Whole spices powder, one teaspoon
  • Cumin powder, one teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder, one teaspoon
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Lemon juice, one
  • Black pepper powder, as per taste
  • Kasuri methi, half teaspoon
  • Red-orange color, half teaspoon
  • Oil, three tablespoon

Yummy Chicken Tandoori

Procedure:

  1. To make delicious Tandoori Chicken, take four chicken leg pieces and clean them.
  2. Then, make some gashes (cuts) on the chicken pieces with a sharp knife so the chicken pieces can easily absorb marination
  3. We will marinate our chicken by following to marination
  4. For the first marination, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and apply the mixture on all the chicken pieces and keep them aside for ten minutes.
  5. For the second marination, take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth paste.
  6. After that, dip the chicken leg pieces in the mixture and let it marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.
  7. To cook Yummy Chicken Tandoori, heat the cooking pan and add one tbsp butter in the pan and melt.
  8. Then, place chicken pieces one by one in the pan and let it cook on high flame for five minutes with closed lid.
  9. After some time, cook it on a low flame.
  10. Turn the sides of chicken after cooking from one side and cook for some more time with covering lid.
  11. Then place the heated charcoal piece in the pan and put some butter on it and close the lid for five minutes.

The smoke of charcoal gives a delicious taste to the chicken. Now, serve Yummy Chicken Tandoori with a sauce and fresh Chapatti.
