For making Chicken 65 at home, you have to follow the simple and easy recipe which is given below.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken, one kg
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Red chili powder, 1 & half tbsp
  • Turmeric powder, 1 & half tsp
  • Ginger paste, half tsp
  • Garlic paste, half tsp
  • Garam Masala powder, one tsp
  • All-purpose flour, two tbsp
  • Corn flour, two tbsp
  • Egg, one
  • Oil, for frying

For making gravy

  • Oil, three tbsp
  • Chopped ginger, half tsp
  • Crushed garlic, half tsp
  • Green chilies, seven
  • Curry leaves, twelve
  • Yogurt, one cup
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Red chili powder, one tsp
  • Food color, half tsp (red)

For Garnishing

  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon wedges
  • Onion ring
Method:
  1. In the first step, take a mixing bowl add chicken and all the spices and mix them well.
  2. Now, add one egg, all-purpose flour and corn flour in the bowl and mix.
  3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Now, heat the oil and fry the chicken until becomes brown.
  5. For preparing the gravy, fry ginger garlic paste and then add green chilies in the cooking pot and fry.
  6. Now, add curry leaves, yogurt, salt, chili powder, food color and mix the ingredients well.
  7. Then, add fried chicken pieces and cook for more five minutes.
