EASY AND QUICK BUTTER CAKE RECIPE
Today I am going to share with you an amazing and simple butter cake recipe that you can easily make at home by using delicious and easily available ingredients. This recipe is famous in Pakistan as well as western. People also are like to eat butter cake for breakfast.
The cake is a form of sweet dessert that is typically backed in the oldest forms. Cake modification of bread, but cake cover a wide range of preparation. Butter cake is made from cream, butter, sugar, eggs, and fruit. Now I am coming towards the ingredients which are used to make butter cake.
- Cooking oil or butter, half cup
- Caster sugar, half cup
- Eggs, three
- Vanilla essence, one teaspoon.
- All-purpose- flour, one and a half cup
- Black raisin, as you required
- Baking powder, two teaspoons.
- Green and red Ashrafis, as you required
Method (how to make cake)
- Take a bowl to add into cooking oil or butter and caster sugar, beat well until well combined.
- Now add one egg and half teaspoon-purpose-flour in the above mixture and mix well all the ingredients.
- Add second egg and half teaspoon all-purpose flour, mix it well.
- Now, add a third egg and half teaspoon all-purpose flour, whisk well until well combined.
- Add baking powder and vanilla essence, mix it well.
- Now, add one cup plain flour and fold the mixture very slowly.
- Add black raisins, red and green Ashrafis.
- Now add the above mixture into the baking bowl.
- Bake in a preheated thirty-seven-degree f oven for about thirty to forty minutes until the cake backed completely. (If you do not have an oven you can also bake the butter cake in a pan for thirty to forty minutes)
