Ingredients to make Italian Style Pasta in red and white sauce

For white sauce

  • Butter, one tablespoon
  • Plain flour, one tablespoon
  • Milk, one cup

For pasta mixture

  • Butter, one tablespoon
  • Onions, chopped
  • Garlic paste, one tablespoon
  • Capsicum, chopped
  • Zucchini, half cup
  • Tomato pulp, one cup
  • Tomato ketchup, two tablespoons
  • Basil leaves, one tablespoon
  • Oregano powder, one teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes, one tablespoon
  • Water, half cup
  • Cheese, as per taste
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Boiled penny pasta, one cup

Italian Style Pasta in red and white sauce

Procedure

  1. First of all, take a cooking pan and heat butter in it to make a white
  2. Then, add all purpose plain flour in butter and sauté for two minutes until the color of butter changes.
  3. Then, add one cup milk in flour and butter and whisk them properly to make a smooth paste.
  4. Turn off the flame and keep that white sauce aside.
  5. Now, take another cooking pot and heat butter in it.
  6. Then, add chopped onion and all the vegetables and fry them for two minutes.
  7. After that, add tomato pulp in the pan and cook them on low heat for 8 minutes.
  8. Then, add tomato ketchup, basil leaves, salt, oregano powder and chili flakes and cook.
  9. In the end, add cheese and little amount of water and sauté till the cheese melts.
  10. Then, add one cup boiled penny pasta and fold with a spatula and give them a perfect mix.

Yummy Italian Style Pasta in red and white sauce is ready now. Pour it into a serving dish and garnish with some basil leaves and oregano powder.
