Unique and Easy Chicken Tikka handi Recipe

Chicken Tikka handi 

Today I am sharing chicken tikka handi with you. Now I am coming to the Chicken tikka handi is one of the most favorite bbq dishes in Pakistan. ingredients of the chicken tikka handi which is used.

Ingredients:

  • (For spice mix)
  • Paprika powder,         one tbsp
  • Black paper powder,     one tsp
  • Gram masala powder,   one tsp
  • Turmeric powder,         half tsp
  • Salt,                           half tsp or to taste
  • Nutmeg and mace powder,   one fourth tsp
  • Coriander powder,     2 Tsp
  • Cumin powder,          one and a half tsp      
  • Chat masala,          one tsp
  • Garlic powder,        one and a half tsp
  • (For marinate)
  • Chicken boneless cubes, half kilogram
  • Lemon juice,              two tbsp
  • Yellow food color,     one fourth tsp
  • (For gravy)
  • Yogurt,                     one cup (room temperature)
  • Onion ground,          one medium
  • Tomato puree,         two tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste, one tsp
  • Red chili crushed,    one tsp or to taste

Method:

(Prepare spice mix)

  • First of all, take a bowl and add into paprika powder, black paper powder, gram masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, nutmeg & mace powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, and also add garlic powder then mix well all the ingredients and set aside.
  • Secondly take another bowl (for marinating chicken)add chicken boneless cubes then add prepaid spice mix 2tbsp, lemon juice, and yellow food color then mix well all the ingredients and marinate for thirty minutes.
  • The third step in a separate bowl, add into yogurt, onion ground, tomato garlic paste, red chili crushed and also add remaining spice mix then mix it well and set aside.

Procedure 🙁 How to cook)

  • Take a pan and put into cooking oil.
  • Add marinated chicken in pan and mix well and cook for ten to twenty minutes or until oil separates.
  • Add spiced yogurt and mix well, Cover and cook on low flame for six to eight minutes.
  • Add cheddar cheese grated two tbsp (optional).
  • Add cream and mix well, cover with simmer on low flame for two minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander chopped and green chilies also add ginger julienne.
  • Serve four to five.
  • Serve hot with roti or Nan.
